These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of colunrn's platform and services. Please read them carefully before using our product.
By accessing or using colunrn's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
colunrn provides a developer infrastructure platform for API key management, including creation, rotation, scoping, and monitoring of API credentials. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering an account and keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.
All platform code, interfaces, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of colunrn or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your data and API keys generated through the platform.
You may not use colunrn to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to other systems, or resell the service without written authorization. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, colunrn's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall colunrn be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention period unless required by law to retain it longer.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
